      徐其永律师：计算机及应用专业、法律专业，双学历，1994年7月参加工作，1997年涉足法律事务，2000年取得律师资格证书，先后就职于企业人事部、财务部，集团公司法律办，法院，律师事务所，了解企业内部管理，熟悉公司法，具有诉讼程序方面的实践经验。执业过程中恪守律师职业道德和执业纪律，忠于事实和法律，以专心、专一、专业的执业理念和防损、息讼、穷尽救济途径的执业宗旨为当事人提供法律服务。

Brief Introduction

      Lawyer Qiyong, Xu has certificates of two majors: Computer and Computer Application as well as Law. My first job began from July of 1994. And since 1997, I have engaged in law affairs. Three years later, I got my Lawyer Qualification Certificate. I have ever worked in personnel, accounting department, law affairs office in different companies, enterprises, court and law offices. Benefiting from my rich experience in different occupation, I familiar with internal management of companies/enterprises, Company Law and legal proceeding as well. Under the basic of keeping truth and law; keeping strictly lawyers’ professional ethics and discipline; keeping professional tenet of preventing loss, attuning unnecessary appeal and appealing only while no other routes can be used, I offer my parties law services intently, dedicatedly and professionally.
